Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a professional source factory located in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province with independent export license. We produce stainless steel tubes, flanges and fittings directly without middlemen markup.
How can I get quotation?
Please send us detailed requirements including size, material, standard, quantity and working condition. We will send formal quotation within working hours. You can also contact us via WhatsApp, Email and Trade Manager.
Can I get samples for quality inspection?
Samples are available for material, dimension and appearance test. Sample lead time is 10–15 days. Sample cost can be refunded when bulk order confirmed as agreed.
Do you accept OEM & customized orders?
OEM and non-standard customization are welcomed. We can produce according to customer drawings, ASTM, EN, DIN, GOST, GB standards. Custom marking and packaging design are supported.
What’s your MOQ?
No strict high MOQ for standard pipes, flanges and fittings. Small trial orders and large engineering orders are both acceptable, negotiable based on specifications.
What’s your production lead time?
In-stock items can be delivered within 7–10 days. Customized orders with heat treatment and NDT inspection take 30–45 days. We can arrange priority production for bulk orders.
What payment terms do you accept?
Main term: T/T (30% deposit for production, 70% balance against copy of B/L). L/C is negotiable, multiple international currencies are acceptable.
What international standards do you follow? Can you provide test certificates?
We comply with GB, ASTM, EN, DIN, GOST standards. Full documents including EN10204-3.1 MTR, PMI report, UT/PT/RT NDT reports can be provided.
Do you offer product warranty? How to solve quality issues?
All goods are fully inspected before delivery with 1-year warranty under normal industrial service. If any manufacturing defect confirmed, we provide free re-production, re-delivery or refund solution.
