Product Introduction
This series of stainless steel welded pipes are roll-formed and welded from premium stainless steel strips, including longitudinal welded tubes & bright annealed welded pipes. Custom outer diameter, wall thickness and length are available.
Adopting automatic plasma / laser welding technology with smooth & uniform weld seams. The pipes go through weld leveling and solution annealing, manufactured in strict accordance with ASTM, ASME, EN and other international standards.
Featuring smooth inner & outer surface, high dimensional accuracy, stable pressure resistance and outstanding corrosion resistance. Widely used in water supply & drainage, chemical, oil & gas, food & pharmaceutical, environmental protection and other industrial pipeline systems. Compatible with pipe fittings and flanges for one-stop installation, serving as common welded tubing for pipeline projects.

Q1: Can stainless steel welded pipes be used for pressure pipelines?
A1: Yes. Our industrial welded pipes undergo weld leveling and solution treatment. The weld features high strength and great stability, suitable for conventional low and medium-pressure fluid transmission. For high-pressure and heavy-load working conditions, seamless pipes are recommended.
Q2: How to choose between welded pipes and seamless pipes?
A2: For general water supply & drainage, ventilation, equipment piping and mildly corrosive environments, welded pipes with better cost performance are preferred. Seamless pipes are more reliable for high-temperature, high-pressure, strong acid-base and continuous heavy-load working conditions.
Q3: Is surface processing such as polishing and brushing available?
A3: Yes. Multiple surface finishes are available upon request, including industrial pickled surface, regular brushing, mirror polishing, matte sandblasting, meeting decorative and sanitary requirements.
Q4: Can large-diameter welded pipes be customized?
A4: Yes. We manufacture non-standard large-diameter welded pipes in both thin-wall and thick-wall types. Custom length, diameter and special processes are available according to drawings.
Q5: Are certificates supplied upon delivery?
A5: Material test certificates, factory inspection certificates and weld inspection reports are available for all in-stock and customized products, to meet requirements of project acceptance, bidding and customs clearance for foreign trade.
