Product Overview
Our BA (Bright Annealed) stainless steel tubes are manufactured through a precision cold drawing process followed by bright annealing in a controlled hydrogen atmosphere, resulting in a mirror-bright inner and outer surface with no oxidation, no blackening, and no pickling marks. The bright annealing process ensures excellent corrosion resistance, dimensional precision, and surface quality.
With OD ranging from 5mm to 114mm and wall thickness from 0.5mm to 12mm, our BA tubes meet the strict requirements of ASTM A249, A269, A270, 3A Sanitary Standard, and JIS G3447. We support full inspection including spectrum analysis, hydrostatic testing, eddy current testing, and cleanliness verification.

Quality Inspection
Every batch of BA tubes goes through a strict 4-step inspection process before leaving our factor y:
① Raw Material Test
Spectrum analysis to verify material grade & chemical composition
② Hydrostatic Test
Pressure testing to ensure no leakage under rated pressure
③ Eddy Current Test
Non-destructive inspection to detect surface & subsurface defects
④Cleanliness Test
Inner surface cleanliness & roughness verification

Packaging & Shipping
To ensure your BA tubes arrive in perfect condition, we use a multi-layer packaging method : Inkjet marking + PE bag + end cap + shockproof packaging + protective protection
